What We Do?
We use a customizable, Interior/Exterior Checklist
-checking for signs of damage or forced entry. Verify no signs of water intrusion or storm damage. Monitor for early signs of microbial growth; check for bug or rodent damage or infestation
REPORTING
We have a state of the art reporting service application, with a verified GPS time & date stamp. We will send you weekly Home Watch Reports via PDF or Web Link, making contact with any issues of concern, including annotated photos.
SOME OF THE THINGS WE CHECK
Every time we visit your home, we perform a thorough check of your home’s interior and exterior. We will also check to see that the professional services (i.e. pool and landscaping services) your property is receiving is being performed routinely.
